The latest Structural Material Manger system is Version 12.4a, released November 3, 2011. Depending on what system you have purchased and which version you currently have installed, you may be authorized to download Version 12.4a as either an upgrade or a maintenance patch as per the information below.
Click here if you are a customer with a Version 12.3 or older Structural Material Manager system installed (12.3, 12.2, 12.1, 12.0, 11.4, 10.1, 9.2, etc. regardless of the letter after the version nummber), and E.J.E. Industries has sent you correspondence indicating that you should download the 12.4 upgrade.
Click here if you are a customer with a registered Structural Material Manager Version 12.4 system (Version 12.4a, 12.4b, etc.) already loaded, and E.J.E. Industries has notified you that a free maintenance patch is available for download.
Although either an upgrade or maintenance patch as described above is all that most customers need, there are rare occasions in which you will need a complete system instead. In such cases, E.J.E. Industries must post a complete system to the FTP site for you. Requests for complete systems to be transferred to the FTP site can be made by sending an e-mail message to Support@ejeindustries.com.
